Reminder to Residents

As always, if your mortgage escrow department or bill pay service (including your bank) makes your property tax payments on your behalf, you must:

• Send a copy of your tax bill to the tax escrow department of your mortgage company. The town does not send tax bills to anyone but you.
• Login into this website to make sure your payment has arrived. The tax kiosk is updated twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
• If the Tax Collector has not received your payment by the due date you will be charged interest. The law is such that it is your responsibility to pay your taxes on time.
