MV Historical Society

We had such a great time last month, we are doing it again this month, and you are invited!!  Operation S.O.S., Save Our Society, is off to a great start.  Richard Carleton's History Show and Tell was most interesting (you can check it out at our blog-site, MVhistorical.org)  And he promises to bring another show and tell today!  

May is Membership Month.  We will be using this year's dues to purchase archival materials that will help properly store the more important and fragile items in our collection.  This is a crucial part in the preparations we must make for the eventual  moving of the museum.  While this fate that is still a few years off, there is no escaping the fact that the current museum space will need to be emptied.  Your Dollars Will Help preserve Mont Vernon's History for generations to come!
